My parents divorced after 32 years of marriage. My Dad remarried and later got very ill. His wife left him alone knowing he couldn't take care of himself. He passed away just 2 weeks after she left him. My Mother, even after being divorced from him, immediately began to help with funeral arrangements and taking care of things. It wasn't her job, but she did it because she loves me and knew how distraught I was. She was my rock through that time and continues to be to this day. She is truly a great Mother and an Angel.
